The Gacha House Journal
Phu Phana Estate: The Origin of Every Cup

The story of a high-altitude land that shapes Gacha House's coffee beans, from seedling to the hands of the one who brews it.
Phu Phana Estate sits at high altitude where the air stays cool year-round. The temperature difference between day and night causes the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, fully building their sweetness and aroma.
We hand-pick only the cherries at peak ripeness, then move them through a meticulous drying and milling process. Every step is recorded, so the flavor of each lot stays consistent.
For us, the word 'premium' doesn't begin with packaging — it begins with the land, and the people who tend it with respect.
